eJam is a rapidly growing eCommerce company seeking someone ambitious and analytical to learn about Digital Marketing. The Marketing Analyst position requires no previous experience -- just a college degree, a love for analyzing numbers, and the hunger to learn.


Founded in 2017, eJam is a direct-to-consumer brand incubator focused on creating products that people love. Today, we own and operate a portfolio of brands with products that put you first. We take a unique approach to each brand and every product, ensuring that we are fulfilling a real need while helping to shift the status quo.


As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and measuring marketing campaigns that drive new customers to purchase. You will own the end-to-end performance of our paid digital marketing channels, which may include paid search, display, video, social, and/or mobile advertisingβ€”no previous marketing experience required.

  • Must be able to take direction from management and execute accordingly

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and occasional long hours

  • Proficient with Excel is a plus




What You Will Learn:



  • Digital media buying using Facebook and Google Platforms -- including Search, Display, and Youtube

  • Manage performance metrics, budget tracking, and reporting across select digital marketing channels

  • Own all steps of the ad operations process: upload, launch, optimize, kill, revamp, refresh, rinse, and repeat.

  • Follow the campaign through its life cycle, complete audits, and make on- and off-site fixes to keep the campaign performing at or above goals.

  • Creative creation, split testing, MVT, and optimization.

  • Measure ranking reports and analytics data to make strategic recommendations to improve our rankings.

  • Monitor ad and landing page performance via Google Analytics, Proprietary Dashboards and Tracking Systems.

  • Proactively optimize purchased media through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and targeting.

  • Work with front-end developers to make sure landing pages are optimized for campaign performance and function as intended.
