Essential Responsibilities:Ā
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Support company-wide system implementation and business process improvement projects through evaluation of current work processes and execution of improvement strategies
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Analyze, visualize and automate data processes working independently or with cross functional teams
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Evaluate business needs and initiate quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project proposal or evaluation results
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Lead business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentation
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Develop processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Manage relationships and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Lead project team meetings to communicate project status
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Prepare materials in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point to be presented within and outside of the team

ā¢Ā Ā Ā Bachelorās degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Bilingual (English + Korean): Ā Must be able to read, write and speak in both
ā¢Ā Ā Ā At least 5 years of experience working as a data/business analyst, project manager, or in a process improvement roleĀ
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Have project and program management skills with several years of experience initiating activities, setting priorities, managing multiple priorities and delivering on-time results
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Enjoy learning new business processes quickly and efficiently as well as championing project requirements on behalf of business owners
ā¢Ā Ā Ā A strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans that you will drive end-to-end
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
ā¢Ā Ā Ā Ability to quickly learn and understand new topics, businesses, and processes through research and interviews with subject matter experts

Pay Range: $7000/M to $8300/M
