Your Next Great Adventure


The Land Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the VP of Land by overseeing two critical areas. First, they will forecast land development cash flows, maintain accurate budgets, and monitor the financial performance of land acquisitions. Second, they will prepare and analyze financial models to guide land acquisition strategies. This position is essential for ensuring sound financial planning and strategic land investments. Qualifications

Success is Built On



  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, engineering, finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in real estate acquisition, land development, management, or the financial industry (preferred).

  • Ability to research and analyze data, developing financial models under management supervision to identify viable real estate acquisitions.

  • Assisting in the preparation of Land Packages seeking corporate approval for real estate transactions, including compiling exhibits and third-party submarket data.

  • Underwriting and analyzing the financial aspects of each development opportunity.

  • Responsible for timely fiscal reporting, including budgeting and invoicing.

  • Reporting on various items such as future land acquisitions and ongoing land development progress.
