As our Lead Business Analyst, you willโ€ฆ

Play a pivotal role in leading the requirements-gathering process, working closely with project stakeholders, while managing, mentoring, and motivating junior Business Analyst teammates. Your responsibilities include understanding the business issues and challenges of our clients' organizations, recommending effective solutions, and ensuring our teams meet expectations.ย 

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Lead requirements gathering processes with clients and internal stakeholders, producing comprehensive documentation for product delivery
  • Elicit and translate business requirements into functional requirements, creating design specifications, user scenarios, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria
  • Participate and assist program management with implementing project solutions including Adobe Workfront
  • Support agile processes, ensuring timely project delivery by actively participating in feature backlog prioritization, user story, and task creation
  • Connect the dots between clients, Strategy, Creative & Technology, User Experience, Quality Assurance, and Development teams to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Think critically, using strong analytical skills, and recommend creative solutions for client's business challenges
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate junior Business Analyst teammates
These are the qualifications weโ€™re looking for
  • 5-7 years of experience in an advertising agency, software development, or client consulting firm
  • 5-7 years of experience documenting requirements and product specifications for complex websites, intranets, and mobile applications, using traditional Agile/SCRUM methodologies, including concepts such as Epics/Stories, Product Backlogs, etc.
  • Experience enacting Adobe Workfront for project management as a business analystย 
  • Experience gathering requirements for and interacting with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale digital transformations
  • Adobe Workfront platform implementation and integrations experience is a plus
  • Exposure to CMS solutions such as Sitecore, AEM, or Drupal is a plus
  • Self-motivated, quick, and resourceful with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to excel in a collaborative work environment

The salary range for this role is $78,000 - $93,000,ย based on theย individualโ€™s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.ย ย
