The Manager of Analytics & Data Visualization will be responsible for driving strategic support to the organization through developing dashboards and sales analysis. This person will lead the team responsible for developing structured reporting using innovative software and best-in-class Business Intelligence. They will partner with internal and external teams to ensure smooth end-to-end data flow and accurate representation of metrics. This person will possess a deep understanding of sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and play a key role in in producing omni-channel reporting. They will support channel revenue planning with data-driven analysis, creating visibility to consumer behavior, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales performance.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, eCommerce, Retail, and Planning to establish data-driven analysis supporting key initiatives and growth targets.
- Partner with channel leaders to produce quantifiable risks and opportunities to forecasts based on trend analysis.
- Collaborate with BI team to drive projects, establish roadmaps, resolve issues, and implement fixes.
- Understand the sales data lake and warehouse process for end-to end data flow.
- Serve as the PowerBI (Business Intelligence) Administrator.
- Oversee the building and maintenance of structured reporting tools that are both efficient and responsive.
- Lead, grow, and develop the team on how to build best-in-class dashboards.
- Partner with leadership team to identify and understand data visibility gaps.
- Identify and provide recommendations for areas of automation, optimization, and growth through data.
- Proactively build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to identify and document requirements for analytical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify criticality and impact, and provide appropriate workarounds or solutions
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Understanding of SAP (or similar ERP), Snowflake (or similar data lake warehousing)
- Proven ability to teach dashboard development using front-end tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Extensive knowledge of retail, sales, and marketing KPIs.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, highly self-motivated, strong analytical modeling skills.
- Strong written / verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with clear priorities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 10 yearsβ experience in an analytics/planning role
- Minimum 10 yearsβ experience with data visualization tools
- Experience in Omni Channel Planning & Reporting
- Minimum 3 years managing and leading a team.

- Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.
- Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business-related machines and software.
