Experience: We are looking for a data-driven marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or operations, preferably within a B2B or B2G technology company. You will help optimize marketing performance across campaigns. The ideal candidate has expertise in managing HubSpot workflows, Salesforce CRM, and marketing automation platforms.  If you thrive in a process-oriented environment and have a passion for data-driven marketing strategies, we want to hear from you. 

 

 

Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics and Reporting:

  • Leverage Google Analytics to set up and track campaigns, analyzing customer journey lifecycles and providing actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMRush, to track marketing performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize marketing strategies.

HubSpot and Salesforce Management:

  • Manage and refine HubSpot workflows, ensuring accurate lead tracking, sequencing, segmentation, and lead scoring.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM data and processes, enhancing lead conversion and reporting accuracy.
  • Support operational execution of marketing programs, ensuring seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce.

Process Optimization and Documentation:

  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations, with a focus on HubSpot and Salesforce usage.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable solutions to enhance team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure consistent data hygiene and integrity.

Campaign Tracking and Insights:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to set up, monitor, and analyze digital advertising campaigns and HubSpot automations.
  • Track and measure customer interactions through the entire lifecycle, identifying key areas for improvement.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in HubSpot workflows, data management, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and SEMRush, particularly in campaign setup and tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and document processes and SOPs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a B2B or B2G technology company is highly preferred.

The US salary range for this position is provided in this posting. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
