1stMILE is a financial technology company that delivers a consumer driven commerce platform connecting consumers, their cars, and repair shops, streamlining commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for consumer financial products, with a focus on credit cards.
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership to define marketing budgets, allocate resources, and prioritize initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights to improve campaign performance and optimize product marketing efforts.
Technology Integration and Optimization:
- Lead the adoption and integration of AWS marketing technologies like Amazon Pinpoint (campaign management) and QuickSight (analytics and visualization).
- Identify opportunities to enhance marketing technology architecture using a mix of AWS and external platforms to achieve business goals.
Offer and Campaign Management:
- Define and implement processes for offer management, campaign execution, and audience targeting.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations, incorporating robust privacy and consent management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact campaigns.
Innovation and Emerging Technologies:
- Evaluate and test emerging marketing technologies to identify tools that enhance personalization, analytics, and campaign performance.
- Provide thought leadership on leveraging machine learning and predictive analytics to improve marketing outcomes, particularly within AWS environments (e.g., AWS SageMaker).
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Define and refine KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product performance.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign data, and market trends to inform strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing ideally with exposure to consumer financial products.
- Marketing Expertise:
- Proven success in driving marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Strong understanding of offer management, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Experience in aligning marketing strategies with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
- Technical Aptitude:
- Hands-on experience with AWS marketing tools such as Amazon Pinpoint and QuickSight.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Iterable.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
- Experience with privacy and consent management tools like OneTrust or similar solutions.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative mindset to partner effectively across marketing, product, compliance, and technical teams.
Physical characteristicsβ ability to sit, stand, bend, lift no more than 50lbs, talk, hear, type, read printed material, utilize a computer and professionally communicate over the telephone.
Environmental factorsβworking conditions inside the office with moderate noise levels, occasional telecommuting via VP approval, travel less than 10%.
Working conditions β regular business hours within a weekday hybrid schedule, situational holidays & weekends as necessary to meet business needs.
