Summary of Position:

The Marketing Analyst Supervisor leads a team of marketing professionals (Account Coordinators, Account Executives, and Senior Account Executives) in overseeing and analyzing the performance of consumer promotion campaigns. Β This role collaborates with clients to define campaign measurement strategies, KPIs, and deliverables. The Supervisor conducts in-depth program and product performance analyses, leveraging data to provide actionable insights and optimize campaign effectiveness. Β Building strong client relationships and proactive problem-solving are crucial aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing analysts, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and professional development.
  • Extract and synthesize data from various sources (including Nielsen, IRI, Clearing House, and other partner databases) to inform marketing recommendations and drive continuous improvement for assigned clients.
  • Analyze pep's internal data to identify high-level trends and share insights with client teams for future planning and optimization. Document and disseminate learnings and best practices.
  • Establish KPI baselines and targets by brand and/or tactic, leveraging market data and industry benchmarks.
  • Deliver bi-annual/annual presentations on overall coupon/promotion performance, encompassing historical performance, market and industry trends, shopper behavior, and competitive analysis.
  • Stay abreast of industry news and trends, proactively providing clients with insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee and validate individual campaign performance analyses conducted by the team, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of optimization recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Power BI to effectively communicate campaign performance and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to define campaign measurement frameworks and ensure alignment on KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and develop data-driven strategies to achieve client objectives.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign management, or a related field. Β Experience in the consumer goods industry (CPG) or working directly with CPG clients is a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous learning.
