Marketing Analyst (Bilingual Korean)

Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales activities and provide daily reports.


• Strategically oversee sales activities to optimize performance.


• Develop and report on marketing strategies to achieve business goals.


• Report on sales performance both daily and weekly.


• Identify and monitor customer issues or complaints at both individual load and overall account levels.


• Participate regularly in customer meetings to gather essential information.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities.


• Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements.


• Continuously enhance knowledge of supply chain dynamics including market conditions, pricing, transportation modes, and equipment.


• Analyze complex or multiple data sets to resolve customer issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Outstanding attention to detail. 


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.


• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The base salary for the position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
