Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Analyst & Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing initiatives across our diverse brands. Your focus will be on leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance, maintaining website and content quality, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with our brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Moz, and Semrush.
  • Review daily metrics, including traffic, conversions, engagement, keyword performance, and SEO rankings.
  • Create and present detailed performance reports for multiple brands, outlining trends and actionable insights.
  • Evaluate campaign success metrics and recommend adjustments for optimization.
  • Prepare data and reports for marketing meetings.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

Web & Content Management

  • Perform daily checks on websites to ensure content is up-to-date, functional, and aligned with current campaigns.
  • Oversee web editing and maintenance for all sites.
  • Maintain and update the content calendar, scheduling blog posts, social media updates, and web content.
  • Ensure content production stays on schedule across all platforms.

Third-Party Listings & Referral Sites

  • Manage and optimize content on third-party listings, such as Viator and TripAdvisor.
  • Regularly review and update listings to ensure accuracy and maximize visibility.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee weekly social media activities for 1-2 brands, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages while analyzing engagement metrics to refine strategies.

Partnership Deliverables

  • Coordinate deliverables for partnerships, such as email blasts, blog posts, and content schedules.

Project Management

  • Utilize strong project management skills in tools like Asana to ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with goals.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members to develop and maintain marketing materials, ads, and strategies for all brands.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Moz, and Semrush.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with web content management and social media platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, preferably with experience in Asana.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Salary Range: 62k-72k salary
