Description

The Marketing Data Specialist is responsible for providing data-driven insights regarding our marketing performance and for developing means for optimizing our marketing campaigns. Review data gathered from various sources and interpret the results to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven tactics to increase ROI.Β Β Β 


Essential Duties

  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Analyze member data to identify trends and segment audiences
  • Reports to CMO on member feedback, monthly metrics, and daily attrition cues
  • Monitor overall marketing performance and provide actionable insights
  • Create reports to communicate results to key stakeholders
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute test plans
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve marketing performance
  • Collaborates with marketing and information systems teams to guide digital projects across web production, design, user experience and search engine optimization (SEO).Β 
  • Incorporates marketing initiatives to aid in the onboarding experience.Β 
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on member feedback, enhancing overall member satisfaction.
  • Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly activities and communications to engage dormant accounts.Β 
  • Examines regularly escheatment process to retain accounts.Β 
  • Adheres to credit union policies and procedures; stays knowledgeable of and comply with applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML and OFAC.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.








Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prefer Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Minimum High School Diploma
  • Two years of data analytics experience, preferably within a financial institution
  • Solid knowledge of online member engagement platforms and channels
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proven ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • General working knowledge of financial institution's policies and procedures.
