Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain master data records in ERP and other enterprise systems timely and accurately.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and databases.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Support the integration of new data sources into the master data management system.
  • Work with IT teams to resolve data-related issues and enhance data management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests from various departments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOX and other related compliance requirements across the function and the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data management, preferably in a shared service environment.
  • Proven experience with master data management (MDM) systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with SOX and other compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
