WHAT YOUβLL DO
β’ Investigate complex problems and present findings to stakeholders, translating data into clear and
compelling narratives.
β’ Participate in technical onboarding by serving as a bridge between technical developers and operational
teams.
β’ Propose solutions to facilitate constructive discussion and foster an environment that encourages
innovation, continuous improvement, and growth within the team to arrive at the most optimal solution.
β’ Participate in managing and resolving major system outages, change control, and provides technical
support for dashboard applications and reporting.
β’ Ensures detailed system test plan execution, provides issues tracking and consolidation, and UAT efforts.
β’ Use advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and Power Query to streamline
data analysis processes.
β’ Ensure data integrity, security, and availability.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
β’ 3+ years of experience in data analytics, project/product management, or business intelligence, preferred.
β’ Advanced degree or certification in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with
Information Technology focus.
β’ Healthcare Industry experience preferred.
