Accountabilities

Describe the accountabilities of the position and how these help the department and/or company achieve organization results (What are the direct accountabilities and the impact of their work).

• Develop and coordinate marketing programs, sales and training materials and technical documents for Lattice Power Manager devices and associated tools.
• Conduct strategic visits to customer sites to articulate the value of Lattice Power Manager devices for their products.
• Coordinate pricing, sales and customer support for strategic customers.
• Provide marketing program metrics and report status of marketing programs to management team and peers.
• Maintain current status of customer requirements for existing and future products.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives.

Qualifications

The minimum level of education and experience required to perform the job responsibilities.  Describe the knowledge and skills that are needed to perform the functions of the position.  (It is important to tie the knowledge and skills to the accountabilities of the position.)

Example:

• BS Electrical Engineering.
• Four (4) years of experience in marketing, applications, or design function.
• Prior experience in market research, web marketing and datasheet development.
• High level of PC skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Experience of silicon device marketing, applications or system design function.
• Ability to communicate clearly and powerfully in presentations and written material.
• Understanding of PLDs and / or board power supply management.
• Willing and able to undertake US / International travel up to 30% of the time.
• Experience publishing articles in trade journals a plus.
• Knowledge of VHDL / Verilog and board design experience is a plus.
