General Description Reporting directly to the Director of Operations for Academic Affairs, the Retention Data Specialist will support data-informed decision making, assist in retention and graduation efforts using predictive analytics, early alerts and other early flagging activities based on accurate, real-time data, and train employees in using Navigate and related retention tools. The expected start date for this role is 04/01/2024. Salary: $70,000- $75,000
