We are currently looking for a Risk/Marketing Analyst Intern to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Β 

A Day in the Life:Β Β Β 

  • Coordinate and facilitate an initiative to identify and create process maps for key processes across all NCF departmentsΒ 

  • Establish standard templates and formats for consistent documentation across NCFΒ 

  • Proactive identification of weak/missing internal controls across the businessΒ 

  • Participate in Business Continuity Planning by leveraging outputs from process mappingΒ 

  • Final presentation of accomplishments to Senior Leadership Team

  • Provide support to update daily / monthly reportingΒ Β 

  • Ad hoc marketing and sales performance analysis to support executive decision (this may include researching the competitive landscape to benchmark programs, reviewing sales results by dealership to identify opportunities, etc.)Β 

  • Develop, update, and distribute dealer communication bulletins, Point of Sale materials (POS), digital assetsΒ 

  • Proactively assist and co-ordinate dealership events and training workshopsΒ 

  • Project management support (E.g. Market research, presentations, RFP and RFQ)Β 

  • Supporting functions for administrative tasks

Who We’re Looking for:Β 

  • Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsβ€―β€―Β 

  • Excellent analytic skills and experienced working with large data setsΒ Β 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skillsβ€―with an aptitude for cross-functional teamwork and collaborationβ€―Β 

  • Strong skills in Excel, advance skills in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), and the ability to learn new computer systemsβ€―as neededΒ 

  • Strong organizational, and time management skillsβ€―β€―Β 

  • Experience with Tableau and/or Visio is considered an assetβ€―β€―Β 

  • Bilingual (French/English) language ability is considered an assetβ€―Β Β
