The Sales Data Analyst will perform and support a range of Sales and Marketing analytics, managing critical data sets and providing comprehensive analytical reports to key stakeholders and executives, facilitating informed decision-making and optimizing business performance.


Requirements

Essential Duties

  • Upload, cleanse, validate, and manage data. Troubleshoot inconsistencies and identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Consistently implement measures to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
  • Support all stakeholders by developing a comprehensive understanding of the company’s data and its sources, offering expertise in selecting and compiling data best suited to meet specific business requirements.
  • Support Special Markets team by managing key data sets related to dental group practices (DSOs)
  • Support Sales Analyst in weekly & monthly analysis and reviews of DSO Special Pricing Agreements
  • Create, modify, and assemble business reporting to satisfy evolving data requirements, focusing on measuring initiatives.
  • Create and maintain business warehouse reporting through Business Objects and SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring accuracy and reliability in performance tracking across sales, manufacturing, logistics, and other key areas
  • Support data analytics team in monthly business operations tasks, including sales commissions, dealer discounts, third-party data validation, and manufacturing & logistics KPI reporting

Additional Responsibilities

  • Respond to Marketing and Sales requests for data/reports as needed
  • Support both Functional and Hoshin Management Policy as needed
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and other duties assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Two years of experience in data analysis or sales/marketing analysis
  • Strong Analytical skills with ability to produce meaningful reports for marketing and sales teams, and leadership (including mastery of Microsoft Excel)
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to a high-performance standard in all areas, with a track record of consistently delivering excellent results, even in a changing environment.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills, advanced Excel skills, Video conferencing
  • Experience with relational databases and reporting tools
  • Advanced technical report writing and analytical skills

Travel:

Unrestrictive domestic and foreign travel up to 10% (not including travel to our headquarters office in Alsip, Illinois)

Work Environment:

This position requires on-site presence as part of a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
