Description

Position Summary
This position will maintain the Salesforce.com system for the Brokerage team (the Customer Relationship Management system utilized by the company). Β This includes consolidating requirements from sales, leadership, and partner organizations to properly configure the system. Β This position will also analyze data from the system and other systems of record to provide leadership with information needed to make strategic decisions.


Major Responsibilities:
β€’ Provide Salesforce system administration support for Brokerage
β€’ Work closely with cross functional teams to understand business processes, goals and gaps to implement solutions (e.g. automating and improving workflows, custom reporting, etc.) that address business needs
β€’ Provide end user support for Salesforce for Brokerage, including responding to questions, system errors, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
β€’ Develop system strategies and implement enhancements while working with departments and third party vendors to meet business needs.
β€’ Manage the implementation, testing, and documentation of all new processes and applications
β€’ Support workflow configurations and enhancements to support process changes
β€’ Ensure the proper planning, coordination, and implementation of new programs and enhancements
β€’ Develop custom reports and dashboards
β€’ Maintain knowledge of Salesforce and other system developments through participation in user group activities, knowledge exchange, and other related activities
β€’ Review Salesforce release documentation to fully understand new capabilities and perform testing in sandbox environment to ensure current functionality continues to work properly
β€’ Identify risks and opportunities for the implementation of any new functionality and integrations with other systems
β€’ Maintain a repository for integration technical specification documents and other workflow documentation for new and existing integrations
β€’ Other projects and tasks as assigned by manager



Qualifications

Qualifications:
β€’ 2 – 5 years of experience with Salesforce and other business systems such as CRM, marketing automation and account management
β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred
β€’ Database management, specifically relational database expertise
β€’ Project Management experience and/or certifications preferred
β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
β€’ Strong problem solving skills including identification of root causes and plans for resolution
β€’ Strong time management, organizational and follow-up skills
β€’ Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present project information to customers and all levels of management
β€’ Strong analytical skills: can understand complex data relationships and system technical requirements and also explain these things simply to others
β€’ Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
β€’ Advanced level proficiency with MS Office, specifically including Access, Excel and PowerPoint
β€’ Advanced in report writing, joining data & pivot tables
β€’ Knowledge of queries (SQL a plus)
β€’ Knowledge of programming languages a plus
β€’ Experience in documenting business process
β€’ Experience developing process improvement initiatives
β€’ Quality experience such as Lean, Six Sigma, CAP
β€’ Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
