SAP & Data Specialist - Consultant
(30 day consulting contract w/option to extend and potential recurring work)
About Us: Rebellyous Foods is an early-stage, plant-based food start-up. As a food production and manufacturing technology company, we are working to substantially increase the volume and lower the price of high-quality plant-based chicken products to effectively replace animal-based meat on a large scale. We are currently experiencing a tremendous growth in sales, which is forecasted to continue, and require an analytical approach to identifying, evaluating, modeling, and coordinating production in the most cost conscious way possible.
About the Consultant: The consultant will have 4+ years of food & beverage or applicable manufacturing experience in systems such as MRP, WMS and SAP. The consultant will have experience in analyzing data to create dynamic tools, and the ability to lead teams through change management in order to implement new or more efficient existing tools. A sense of urgency is required. The consultant must have excellent Excel, GSheets and Google Workspace skills.
About the Work Product Expected: The consultant will do an analysis of Rebellyous’ existing tools, reports and data located either in SAP or Excel/Gsheets being used internally to track sales, forecasting, shipping, storage, and production as well as an analysis of our distribution networks, comanufacturing locations and customer confidence levels in order to create a dynamic report/tool for ongoing use by our team to forecast decision making for production and ingredient purchases according to our manufacturing locations given the highest margins.
Compensation & Hours: The hourly rate for this consultant position is $50. This is not a benefitted position. Hours may vary, but the average number of hours to be approved per week will be 20-30.
Location: Our headquarters is located in Tukwila. The consultant may work remotely.
