Experience supporting Marketing teams, specifically with tracking customer behavior, identifying new marketing opportunities, and measuring the success of marketing campaigns
Work as a key member of the data, analytics, and reporting team, developing a keen understanding of the business to drive insights and data-driven decisions by leveraging the power of data and analytics
Providing timely analytics and visualizations including weekly performance reviews, ad hoc analysis, and project based insights to support business decisions.
Actively identify operational opportunities through data and recommend solutions to positively impact the business.
Work closely with other SOMs to share knowledge, methodologies and facilitate standardization of data usage across the field organization.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and usability of data, and develop strategies to improve data quality
Utilizes project management techniques for business intelligence projects and services
Performs other duties as assigned or required
Bachelor's Degree in business studies, finance, data science or a related field
8-10 years of proven experience with business intelligence analytics
Firm understanding of systems and database tools, including MS Office, Tableau, Big Query SQL, etc.
Expert problem-solving and analytical skill
Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas in terms of the business
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proactive team member with a collaborative mindset
Ideally has experience working in a home care setting, or a related healthcare company
