We’re looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst who has 3+ years of experience in paid media buying. S/he would take ownership over all paid media buys on one of our growing insurance verticals as well as high level communication and reporting to our business team. Direct report to the Digital Marketing Director.


Our ideal candidate is already fluent in media buying including bid types, ad creative strategy, targeting/audiences, high performance channels and testing. S/he should be naturally curious about the audience we market to, creative with how to reach them through ads, interested in their user experience and how to optimize it, and able to tell their story through data/reporting.

What you’ll do


As a Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of the digital team & a member of the larger marketing team. You will be responsible for account management that encompasses hitting daily, monthly & yearly performance goals as well as a driving force on creative conception, implementation, and overarching channel strategy and growth.


A day in the lifeΒ 


During your day-to-day, you’ll be an integral part of the Paid Search team with a large focus on:



  • Drive digital traffic to our website from our media accounts to generate leads and applications

  • Manage day to day tasks such as account reporting, monitoring lead volume and cost per lead/ cost per application trends, projections

  • Testing! This encompasses everything from creative testing to bid types to new channels

  • Optimization. Find areas of opportunity and act on them through budget, bid, creative, etc.

  • Work with cross-functional teams (CRO, Design, Content, TV, SEO) to attain business goals

  • Reporting – lots of pivot tables and high level communication from your reporting to other teams

  • Owner of media performance for a business vertical

  • Manage large budgets for some of the largest insurance brands in the country
