Job Purpose

The Senior ERP Business Analyst will drive evolutions of CMiC with a focus on training, continuous improvement, scalability, increasing visibility by optimizing existing technologies and implementing new solutions where necessary to fill gaps.

Essential Functions


Systems

  • Provide in-office training to new hires and continuing training to employees as needed.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to create and lead targeted learning sessions.
  • Maintain training documentation for CMiC and other corporate systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance and improvement of core components of the CMiC and other systems/applications including but not limited to patch testing and hotfix management.Β 
  • Provide guidance for the selection of new technologies by working closely with stakeholders to determine needs of software.
  • Set goals and objectives for CMiC by consulting with stakeholders.
  • Develop and document existing procedures while conducting testing of CMiC and other systems/applications as needed.
  • Provide leadership in analyzing new initiatives, projects, and implementations to eliminate risk.
  • Utilize reporting tools/SQL developer to write, maintain, and develop analytical solutions.
  • Active participate in peer groups including but not limited to CMUG, and CMiC.
  • Provide support to the company on functionality in CMiC.Β 

Travel

  • Position requires travel at least twice a month.Β 
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in a business analyst position
  • CMIC knowledge requiredΒ 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in manual QA testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience training on systems preferred
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL and Oracle Databases
