Job Purpose
The Senior ERP Business Analyst will drive evolutions of CMiC with a focus on training, continuous improvement, scalability, increasing visibility by optimizing existing technologies and implementing new solutions where necessary to fill gaps.

Essential Functions
Systems
- Provide in-office training to new hires and continuing training to employees as needed.
- Partner with Learning & Development to create and lead targeted learning sessions.
- Maintain training documentation for CMiC and other corporate systems.
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of core components of the CMiC and other systems/applications including but not limited to patch testing and hotfix management.Β
- Provide guidance for the selection of new technologies by working closely with stakeholders to determine needs of software.
- Set goals and objectives for CMiC by consulting with stakeholders.
- Develop and document existing procedures while conducting testing of CMiC and other systems/applications as needed.
- Provide leadership in analyzing new initiatives, projects, and implementations to eliminate risk.
- Utilize reporting tools/SQL developer to write, maintain, and develop analytical solutions.
- Active participate in peer groups including but not limited to CMUG, and CMiC.
- Provide support to the company on functionality in CMiC.Β
Travel
- Position requires travel at least twice a month.Β
- 7-10 years of experience in a business analyst position
- CMIC knowledge requiredΒ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in manual QA testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience training on systems preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL and Oracle Databases
