Description

Juniper is Growing!Β We are seeking a Senior Financial AnalystΒ for our FP&A team.Β The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analytical support to foster a forward-looking and innovative organization. This position will assist in developing a β€œbest in industry” analytical engine from the ground up, ensuring robust financial analysis.Β  The Senior Financial Analyst will be an analytical expert, providing insightful financial reporting and guidance to our operations partners to support strategic decision-making and value creation.


Responsibilities:



  • Serve as a key resource for the Accounting and Executive teams, leveraging data-driven analysis to provide critical financial insights, supporting informed decision-making that drives value creation across the organization.

  • Provide timely financial support, insightful reporting, and strategic direction to various departments to aid in business growth and operational efficiency.

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support business initiatives and projects, providing recommendations based on data and financial trends.

  • Oversee the management and enhancement of Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time financial insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.

  • Assist in the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, including cash flow forecasting, to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation.

  • Contribute to the creation of monthly financial presentations for Regional and Executive Management, highlighting key performance metrics and financial trends.Β 

  • Assist in the development of board presentations providing meaningful data to guide high-level decision making and strategic planning.

  • Provide financial support for M&A activities by assisting in due diligence, valuation analysis, and the integration of acquired entities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and integration process.

  • Identify and challenge existing processes, recommending and executing improvements to enhance efficiency and create synergies across the organization.

  • Perform other relevant duties, as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a divisional or corporate FP&A, finance, or related role preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience with core FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.

  • Proven ability to develop a forward-looking, proactive finance organization preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in financial systems and technology solutions; experience with Acumatica is a plus.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly motivated to achieve goals and drive impact.

  • Effective cross-functional collaborator and team player with strong relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and data ownership.

  • Maintains flexibility during peak periods, such as budget cycles and month-end close, and adapts to shifting priorities based on feedback from key stakeholders.
