The Senior Financial Analyst of FP&A reports to the Director of FP&A. This position is a high visibility role where you will interface directly with the C-Suite, campus Presidents and others in senior leadership positions. The position is responsible for the compilation, tracking, and analyzing of the consolidated and individual campuses financial results and KPIβs. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance of financial models and drive the monthly rolling forecast process. Additionally, they will heavily assist with the annual preparation of the budget and LRP. Other key deliverables and activities of this position include M&A, monthly Presidents Report, quarterly Board of Directors meetings, capital expense plans, human capital reviews, and other ad-hoc analysis/project-oriented type of requests.
