Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst will support various aspects of our financial management processes and cycles including, but not limited to, financial variance analyses, budgeting & forecasting, grant accounting and reporting, monthly close responsibilities, financial reporting, and ad hoc analyses. Β Requires cross departmental collaboration throughout the organization. Β Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, the annual financial audit, tax returns and other regulatory filings as needed. Ensure transactions are in accordance with GAAP and internal polices and controls are followed; communicate exceptions to management.Β
This position will have a hybrid work arrangement with work from home 2 days per week; 3 days per week in GSEMAβs Andover, MA office; occasional work days in GSEMAβs Waltham office, or as directed.
