What Youβll Do:
-Β Craft and Execute CRM Strategies: Design, implement, and manage CRM lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, print, and more to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
-Β Develop Rapid Testing Initiatives:Β Develop a rapid testing strategy for our CRM channels, refining and optimizing campaigns to maximize results.
- Analyze and Act: Track key lifecycle metrics, identify trends, and create insights to fine-tune our marketing programs. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to refine CRM campaigns.
- Audience Segmentation: Deliver tailored, engaging content through audience segmentation, ensuring personalized and effective outreach.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Β Work closely with teams across Data & Analytics, Creative, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful rollout of marketing strategies and campaigns.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Analytical Pro: You have a passion for data, with advanced Excel skills and ideally SQL knowledge. Familiarity with analytics platforms like Looker or Google Analytics? Even better!
-Β Project Planner Extraordinaire: You know how to manage projects, meet deadlines, and drive alignment across teams.
- Communicator & Collaborator: Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality are key. Youβll thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, CRM strategy, and cross-functional collaborationΒ
- Advanced Excel skills required, and SQL skills preferred.Β
- Experience in Looker, PowerBI, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms preferred but not required.Β
