With a flexible hybrid work scheduleβ€”two days in our vibrant office in Fall River, MA (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and the other days from homeβ€”you get the best of both worlds: in-person team synergy and work-from-home balance.Β

What You’ll Do:

-Β Craft and Execute CRM Strategies: Design, implement, and manage CRM lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, print, and more to boost customer engagement and loyalty.

-Β Lead Rapid Testing Initiatives:Β Develop a rapid testing strategy for our CRM, refining and optimizing campaigns to maximize results.

- Analyze and Act: Track key lifecycle metrics, identify trends, and create insights to fine-tune our marketing programs.

- Audience Segmentation: Deliver tailored, engaging content through audience segmentation, ensuring personalized and effective outreach.

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with teams across Data, Creative, Product, and Finance to bring campaigns to life seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For:

- Analytical Pro: You have a passion for data, with advanced Excel skills and ideally SQL knowledge. Familiarity with analytics platforms like Looker or Google Analytics? Even better!

-Β Project Planner Extraordinaire: You know how to manage projects, meet deadlines, and drive alignment across teams.

- Communicator & Collaborator: Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality are key. You’ll thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field

- Proven experience in data analysis, CRM strategy, and cross-functional collaborationΒ
