How you will make history here...
The Senior Marketing Analyst supports the Goldfish Brand Marketing team with a focus on select renovation / innovation commercialization projects, budget management, business analysis and product lifecycle management. The Sr. Marketing Analyst will provide execution and analytical support to ensure timely, accurate delivery of a full portfolio packaging update, manage budget inputs and assume business analytics responsibilities, including competitive tracking. This role is integral to supporting the daily operations of the Goldfish marketing team. Β 


What you will do...
β€’Β Β  Β Manage marketing budget in partnership with brand, finance and integrated marketing teams
β€’Β Β  Β Lead major package design update across all SKUs in portfolio with focus on approving final artwork, materials/write-off management, navigating complexities of updates across pack typesΒ 
β€’Β Β  Β Support commercialization efforts as needed – pallet mix changes, graphic updates, new corrugate routingΒ 
β€’Β Β  Β Ongoing competitive business analysis and ad hoc consumption reporting to identify whitespace opportunities and risks to the business.Β 
β€’Β Β  Β Support SKU rationalization from end to end, with ownership shifting hands over timeΒ 
β€’Β Β  Β Support marketing content development for eCommerce channel and owned properties; support creation of selling materials, including 3D bundle tracking, spec sheets, sell sheetsΒ 
β€’Β Β  Β Manage samples requests, support product coordination for PR/Integrated Marketing initiatives, serve as key contact with internal Communications to showcase Goldfish brandΒ 


What you will bring to the table...
β€’Β Β  Β Bachelor's Degree Required
β€’Β Β  Β 2 years experience in business/analytical function (Master's degree with internship will count for additional experience)
β€’Β Β  Β Strong written and verbal communications skills
β€’Β Β  Β Naturally curious, quick learner with a bias for actionΒ 
β€’Β Β  Β Excellent project management skills and attention to detailΒ 
β€’Β Β  Β Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional team members, including Sales, Consumer Insights, Integrated Marketing, Research & Development, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and Regulatory
β€’Β Β  Β Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
β€’Β Β  Β Experience with consumption reporting system (e.g. Circana, Nielsen, etc.) preferredΒ 


Working Conditions
β€’Β Β  Β This position is at Campbell’s headquarters (Camden, NJ) in-person Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and opportunity to work remote Monday and FridayΒ 
β€’Β Β  Β Travel is required <5% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is betweenΒ 

$80,300-$115,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
