Senior Tableau Developer

Fusion HCR is hiring! The primary responsibility of the Senior Tableau Developer is to work independently to design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs across the organization. • Must have a minimum of 5 years or Tableau experience (the more experience here there the better)
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of SQL Query
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of BigQuery
• Must be able to interact and teach with different business units.
• Design, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
• Provides overall direction, guidance, definition, and facilitation for the advancement of dashboard development effort to meet business strategies and goals.
• Implement best practices to ensure dashboard design consistency across all dashboards for best user experience.
• Evaluate, render advice, and provide expertise on Tableau Cloud Platform adoption and consumption.
• Extract and analyze relevant data using SQL, BigQuery, and other analytical tools.
