Our client requires a senior level technical Business Analyst to 

• Create project documents and associated planning documents. 

• Create stakeholder analyses. 

• Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings. 

• Create business requirements, functional specifications and technical requirements. 

• Create new business and technical processes and complete business process reviews/re-engineering for existing processes. 

• Facilitate business process improvement sessions. 

• Assist in the development of new IT services. 

• Schedule, organize and lead project status meetings and other meetings as required. 

• Provide support by bridging communication between vendors, client ministries, and corporate technical and business teams. 

• Escalate unresolved issues/risks, options and recommendations.

Required Skills

-Overall experience in performing business system analysis/design, and software integration/implementation analysis work for enterprise solution.

-Experience as a Business Analyst on projects using iterative/agile software delivery process.

-Business Analyst experience in all phases from conception to implementation of the SDLC. (Phases must be demonstrated)

-Experience conducting or facilitating Joint Application Design sessions with complex stakeholder involvement (Stakeholder role must be noted)

-Experience in delivering various artefacts as per PMO directives such as but not limited to architecture design documents, use case models, business process model, enterprise model, business requirements documents, FOIP documentation, traceability matrix etc.

-Experience Managing workshops with results orientated outcomes.

-Experience in the creation of non-functional/ technical requirements designed for the solution

-Experience in delivering solutions using object-oriented technology

-Experience in a leadership capacity working with technical team members (developers, Architect, Tester and other technical SME)

-Experience in communicating with various level of stakeholders

Desirable Skills

-Work experience in enterprise solution in an environment similar in size and complexity to large organization.

-Experience with BABOK

-IIBA Certification or Citation, Certification CCBA®, CBAP®,PMP, (CBA)® (Attach certificate)

-Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of costs and benefits

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
