Our company is growing, and we are looking for someone to assist our Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) support team in reviewing specific data submitted to the FAA utilizing the FAA’s Form 7480-1: Notice for Construction, Alteration, and Deactivation of Airports.

Employees are expected to adhere to all associated processes as it relates to the Notice for Construction, Alteration and Deactivation of Airports and be subject matter experts regarding the FAA Form 7480-1.

Reporting and working closely with our FAA support team, responsibilities will include;

  • The full life cycle process and review of FAA Form 7480-1
  • Notice for Construction, Alteration, and Deactivation of Airports, submitted in the FAA’s Airport Data and Information Portal (ADIP) website.
  • This person will act independently and be responsible for ensuring accuracy throughout the process.Β 
  • You may partner with various departments and airport personnel to research and gather required information, in an effort to determine the path forward for either further analysis, additional information gathering, or cancellation of related Airport projects.

Key competences.

  • Include experience that demonstrates a knowledge of the several types of work in the field of aeronautical data and/or airport operations.
  • Experience in the acquisition, collection, analysis, and preparation of reliable aeronautical information in support of data services and/or downstream publications.
  • Employees should have at least 5 years of experience with aviation-related safety data and have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Employees must be self-motivated and willing to take the initiative to get things done, have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
