ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare monthly journal entries
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare variance analysis
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Assists in development of annual budget
• Prepares quarterly reports
• Assists in financial audit and tax return preparation
• Completes projects as assigned by management
• Ability to report to the office
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting preferred. Experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Effective organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software application (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function as a positive team member or independently
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem solving skills
• Minimum five years experience in the finance/accounting area preferred
• Accpac experience is a plus
