Job Description
As a Staff Data Analyst, you'll tackle proactive and reactive data challenges, empowering sales and marketing teams with insights to engage prospects and customers effectively. Your expertise will also support customer success and internal engineering teams through data reconciliation, auditing, and root cause analysis.
Navigating the intricacies of marketing attribution in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space demands clarity amidst a complex web of touchpoints and integrated systems. You'll excel in communicating trends and insights from vast datasets, enabling our teams to engage new customers confidently. Additionally, your ability to discern patterns and explain anomalies between datasets will be crucial in aiding customers' data interpretation.
About the Role
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources to offer actionable insights to the Sales and Marketing team.
- Provide timely support to customer success and internal engineering teams by investigating and resolving data-related issues.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Looker to monitor key performance metrics and trends.
- Utilize strong SQL skills to extract and manipulate data from the data warehouse for ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
About You
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role, with a bonus for media buying experience.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
