BI Analyst / Data Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a BI Analyst / Data Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Interpret trends and identify biases using strong critical thinking and statistical knowledge to ensure insights align with business goals.

- Translate data into compelling stories, write clear and concise reports, and present insights confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Prioritize tasks, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate across departments to meet deadlines effectively.

- Maintain a client-focused mindset with a natural curiosity for data, adapting to new tools and proactively solving problems.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various systems; utilize analysis tools (R, SQL), data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and integrate APIs.

- Demonstrate database proficiency, particularly with Snowflake.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong critical thinking and statistical knowledge.

- Excellent communication skills for writing reports and presenting insights.

- Effective project and time management abilities.

- Client-centric approach with adaptability and problem-solving skills.

- Technical proficiency in data extraction, transformation, loading, analysis tools (R, SQL), data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), API integration, and database management (Snowflake).
