What You’ll Do:

As a Business Analyst at TEA, you will be the driving force behind the seamless integration of our business solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, recommend actionable solutions, and support the design and delivery of tools and systems that are critical to TEA’s services. You’ll also be a vital member of cross-functional teams that deliver high-impact solutions in the fast-paced world of trading.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Business Solutions: Oversee the full lifecycle of TEA’s portfolio of business applications, tools, and systems, from development to delivery and maintenance.

  • Lead Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, verify, and document business requirements and user stories, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed in solution design.

  • Solution Analysis & Design: Identify and assess solution options, evaluate their potential value, and help teams choose the most effective strategies to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work with stakeholders to continuously improve business processes, tools, and systems to enhance performance and drive efficiency.

  • Third-Party Relationship Management: Serve as TEA’s primary point of contact for vendor-provided or hosted systems, ensuring smooth integration into business operations.

  • Voice of the Business: Represent business needs and priorities in all aspects of solution development, ensuring alignment with TEA’s strategic goals and customer-oriented focus.

  • Performance & Continuous Improvement: Assess the value and effectiveness of deployed solutions, and support strategies to further optimize business operations.

  • Support the Product Owner: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure consistency across TEA’s systems, processes, and interactions with members and partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent in Computer Science, Technology Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience or a strong combination of education and experience.

  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of solution development technologies, such as VSTS/Azure DevOps, and platforms that support the solution development lifecycle.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and drive value through effective solutions.

  • Collaboration & Problem Solving: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced environment, solving complex problems and driving continuous improvement.
