Healthcare Management Solutions, LLC (HMS) has an opening for a Business Analyst/IT Consultant to work remote. The Business Analyst/IT Consultant must have a robust knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and software development processes to identify application requirements and/or user stories, perform detailed requirements analysis, document and/or visualize processes, and perform some user acceptance testing. The individual must be able to work closely with the customer to identify business needs and understand usage scenarios for implementation within applications.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement
• Lead and/or assist in ongoing reviews of business processes and customer usage scenarios
• Identify, capture, and manage requirements and/or user stories
• Perform analysis and prioritize requirements based upon business needs
• Conduct meeting and presentations to share findings and/or possible solutions
• Document and manage requirements, user stories, business needs, workflows and/or other supporting artifacts
• Perform user acceptance testing, as needed
• Participate in root cause analysis to recommend enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve usability and/or functionality
• Ability to effectively communicate closely with clients, technical team members, and management
