Data Analyst

Position Summary: The Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of IT systems and processes as the organization grows. This role focuses on integrating new systems into the existing technology stack, managing and optimizing reporting environments, and driving data management and integration efforts. The position will involve a combination of data analysis, reporting, project management, process integration, and IT support, with a particular emphasis on Power BI reporting and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Lead and develop dashboards in the Power BI environment.
• Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure consistency. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to innovate and support reporting needs.
• Assist users by creating training materials and hosting sessions on new tools and functionalities.
• Data Management & Integration:
• Oversee the data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems.
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to integrate data into ERP and business intelligence solutions.
• Process Integration and Business Analysis:
• Analyze existing processes and systems of acquired companies.
• Develop and implement integration plans for business processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Work closely with business units to align processes and systems.
• General IT Support:
• Provide support for financial reporting systems and other general IT issues.
• Interface with third-party vendors for various IT services.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve integration-related issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehouse development, IT systems integration, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Power BI programming, design, and dashboard implementation.
• Proficiency in data management and integration tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence solutions, Office 365, telephony, and other business technology solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
