What You Can Expect:

  • Manage and maintain highly detailed and sensitive data within our donor database.
  • Perform complex data entry and data hygiene tasks with precision, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor data integrity and security, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Extract, analyze, and generate custom reports to support fundraising and stewardship strategies.
  • Handle data imports and exports, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Train and support staff on database best practices, helping to improve data literacy across the team.
  • Solve complex data-related challenges, escalating advanced issues as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:Β 

  • Detail oriented, experience in Raiser's Edge and CRM/databases, problem-solving and collaboration skills, and comfortable with repetitive, high concentration work.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4 years experience.
