Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled Team Leader in support of our USPS ECRM project. The candidate mustΒ demonstrate competency in Web development, and data visualzation data anaytics and project management. The candidae will act as the day-to-day client liaison and will orchestrate our team of supporting analysts and SMEs to provide the necessary support across all requirements.

The U.S. Postal Service (USPS), office of Environmental Compliance and Risk Management (ECRM) requires technical assistance for continued implementation of regulatory requirements for Postal Service facilities. LMI will works with the office of Environmental Affairs to provide technical assistance with the development and maintenance of compliance support tools and site visit integration tracking necessary to support environmental compliance with federal, state, and local laws, such as CWA, CAA, RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA, CERCLA and others implemented at the national and site levels. LMI provides overall website support and design, including, but not limited to, reviewing website hits and determining web pages to remove or remain within the Postal network or the public facing website to maximize customer experience. Additionally, LMI will provide technical assistance to redesign Environmental Compliance Bulletins (ECB) to transform into a more user-friendly standard work instruction format.Β 

Responsibilities

This support will require subject matter expertise to:Β Β 

  • Support organizational efforts to build new user-friendly formats, organize content, and manage Environmental Specialist Resource library.Β Β 
  • Prepare comprehensive website support and recommendations based on the website hit report, including graphics support and page instructions for web developers.Β 
  • Continued enhancement to the USPS Regulatory Interaction Reporting (RIR) Form and process. Microsoft Excel is currently used to collect and manage data and derive reporting for the regulatory interaction KPIs. Provide recommendations for improved solutions to better track regulatory interactions at Postal facilities. Along with other enhancements, LMI will continue to update the reporting form to ensure that Facility Database (FDB) numbers accurately align with the current USPS organizational structure, a critical component due to FDB numbers are used to auto-populate facility-specific information.Β Β 
  • Support Environmental Council monthly compliance training report preparation, including maintenance of reporting template and staff support.Β 
  • Maintain KPI scorecard currently in MS Excel. Collect and process pertinent information as directed by ECRM and ensure that KPIs are updated and reported robustly. Assist with the compilation of quarterly KPI reports associated with Environmental Compliance Reviews (ECRs), regulatory interaction reporting, storage tanks, and other metrics that may be identified by the USPS POC.Β 
  • Organize data, visualize, and provide insight for various KPIs pertinent to program that include, but are not limited to, the Get It Right (GIR) initiative, Corrective Action Plan (CAP) completion, and ECR analytics. Evaluate various data visualization (DV) formats/tools, in collaboration with USPS, to determine preferred format and delivery mechanism. Options may include, but are not limited to, Qlik, Microstrategy, and Excel.Β 
  • Assist with strategic planning and continuous improvements to DV and KPIs to ensure robust KPI reporting, including identifying gaps and solutions that achieve the vision for the Environmental Toolkit (ETK) to be the direct source of environmental KPIs.Β 

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics, business, or a related discipline
  • 8 of experience developing dashboards using Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of best practices in data visualization and business intelligence software, including recent versions Tableau
  • Experience developing visualizations and deploying those visualizations to server environments, such as publishing dashboards created in Tableau Desktop to Tableau Server
  • Experience developing content for and delivering training to others on the use of Tableau or a similar business intelligence software
  • Ability to design and influence data architectures to reflect how users will access and analyze data
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work with business customers and technical teams
  • This position requires a USPS Background investigation

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Master’s degree or higher.
  • Previous USPS experience.
