Position Summary

 

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for using data to inform strategic decisions, manage digital marketing platforms, and continually help evolve the Credit Union’s MarTech capabilities. This position is tasked with reporting on key metrics across the organization, assisting with the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, and working cross-functionally to quantify growth opportunities.  

 

Major Responsibilities

 

  • Turn data into insights - digging into strategic initiatives, developing insights through analysis, and synthesizing and clearly communicating trends.
  • Evolve our data reporting and MarTech capabilities - understanding data sources throughout the organization and leveraging it to build insightful dashboards. Assisting in the selection of new MarTech vendors to evolve our capabilities. 
  • Create new and update existing PowerBi Dashboards from multiple data sources, including the Credit Union’s core system and third-party providers. 
  • Manage the Credit Union’s marketing automation platform, Hubspot. Create new and manage existing member journeys; integrate and manage data and third-party applications; pull reports and manage requests. 
  • Use a data driven approach to assess campaign success and optimize future campaign tactics. Develop campaign attribution reports and optimize application completion to funding.
  • Assist with the implementation of omnichannel marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of digital marketing platforms, including Hubspot, Yext, Google Analytics, Survey Monkey, Meta, etc.
  • Administer the Credit Union’s Member Survey Program and distribute results to Senior Management Team.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

 

  • Create and implement email marketing journeys.
  • Assist with updating the Credit Union’s website, SEO optimization and working with third party vendors.
  • Mange local search listings and respond to member comments.
  • Measure and report on campaign results by channel.
  • Assist with updating the Product Knowledge Guide to accurately reflect product benefits and value propositions. 
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions to improve member experience.
  • Create presentations and reports for Senior Management and other departments to help prioritize short and long-term goals and achieve strategic initiatives.  
  • Assist in the implementation and facilitation of community events and sponsorship.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Education/Experience Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field required.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in Marketing
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 applications, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI required. SQL and core banking system (Symitar) experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Hubspot or similar; Google Analytics, Yext, Survey Monkey, etc.
  • An understanding and drive to keep up with industry trends for all digital channels including email, paid search, display, social media, and web activity.
  • An analytical mindset and willingness to take a test and learn' approach.
  • A desire to uncover and develop efficiencies in processes.
  • Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Flexible, self-starter that is self-motivated and able to thrive in a team environment.

 

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

 

  • Work in an office environment, requiring the use of office equipment, such as personal computers, printers and copy machines.
  • Must be able to frequently move around the office to perform activities.
  • Occasionally work long hours to meet members’ needs, keep up with fluctuating volume and meet established goals and targets.
  • Must be able to periodically travel to other branches and places of business and meetings by car or public transportation.
