Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in the development and deployment of solutions that support strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage commercial, private sector, and DoD industry experience (e.g., coordination with small businesses, and non-traditional defense vendors).
  • Apply knowledge to find innovative technology solutions for DoD requirements.
  • Research and design innovative experiences for digital commerce using market-leading platforms.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training design and development of reference guidance.
  • Assess completeness and validity of imputed costs.
  • Assess completeness of Heritage Assets.
  • Conduct development and delivery of presentations and papers to client personnel.
  • Interface and communicate with clients, remotely and/or in person.

Education and Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship is a requirement due to the nature of the contract.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics/Actuarial Sciences, Communications, Government and Public Administration, or related field.
  • At least four (4) years of experience with one or more of the following: A-123, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC), Business Strategy, Transformational Change Management, Business Process Reengineering, Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Process Analysis.
  • Experience with Visio for flowchart development.  
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Must display proficiency in A-123 and Risk Management/Internal Control
  • Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of DoDs heritage assets.
