As a member of Bell鈥檚 Commercial Finance team, the Cost Schedule Analyst (CSA) Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate financial analysis and reporting related to commercial aircraft development and production. The analyst will support commercial business objectives by providing timely, accurate, and relevant financial information.

What you鈥檒l be doing as a CSA Financial Analyst

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work closely with Commercial Programs team to develop, analyze, and report out on the status of Commercial IRAD and non-IRAD projects.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensures integration and synchronization of cost and schedule EVM data.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify financial variances to plan or prior forecast. Support Program investigation of causal for those variances.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Aids in holding project team accountable for successful project execution.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepares weekly and monthly updates to forecast data. Identify risk and opportunity items.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensures integration and synchronization of cost and schedule Earned Value Management data.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supports and prepares monthly financial reviews for senior Finance and Program leadership.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work with IPS to ensure schedule accuracy and understand any variances to plan.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supports and responds to internal and external audits and reviews as required.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare ad-hoc analysis and journal entries as required.

Skills You Bring To this Role

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in performing financial analysis, program planning/scheduling, and summarizing financial data for management鈥檚 review.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to analyze and solve unstructured problems, and demonstrate initiative in making process improvements.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, often competing deliverables with strict deadlines.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to self-organize time and perform analysis with limited direction or oversight.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to communicate within and outside of the Commercial Aircraft Finance team.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Multiple business unit experience preferred.

What you need to be successful:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 2+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting in Manufacturing and/or Aerospace & Defense.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with EVM tools Cost Manager, PCUT, Primavera and/or other EVM software.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Suite.
