What You’ll Do:

  • As an Avis Budget Group analyst on the FP&A team, you will be responsible for providing financial perspective and analysis to drive business decisions

  • Ideal candidates will solve complex challenges and identify new opportunities using a combination of analytical rigor, business acumen, strategic thinking, cross functional partnership and project management skills

  • Challenge existing processes with creative thinking and new technologies to drive innovation and implement more streamlined, efficient approaches

  • Create, update, and distribute tracking reports to Senior Executives demonstrating how our mix of revenue sources directly impacts the P&L

  • Develop monthly forecasts for key revenue accounts

  • Design and execute SQL/Tableau queries to extract relevant financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in reporting

  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and provide financial support to business partners in various projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or data analytics related field

  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Tableau skills

  • SQL experience is strongly preferred

  • Experience in automating existing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

  • Organized, detail oriented, proactive, ability to multi-task and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities and requests

  • Must be a team player who understands the importance of the role as a key support function to the operating team and be able to work independently

  • 1+ year of workforce experience is a plus
