Job Summary: The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the integration of new business opportunities with the companyβs current financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. The primary objective of this role is to provide financial insights that aid in strategic decision-making, drive financial performance, and support the companyβs growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis.
Key Functions/Basic Duties:
β’ Analyzes financial data and creates financial models for decision support.
β’ Tracks the companyβs financial performance against strategic goals and budgets, including identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports for management.
β’ Monitors financial market trends to ensure the companyβs financial strategy aligns with market conditions.
β’ Develops profiles of potential new business opportunities identified by Senior Leadership with a valuation offer range for such targets.
β’ Analyzes potential risks and opportunities to support strategic planning. Provides financial insights to support business decision-making by conducting scenario analysis and complex financial models, including cash flow, balance sheet, and income statement projections, to properly assess the financial impact of new business opportunities
β’ Conducts and ensures full due diligence on each opportunity by working in conjunction with various groups for each area of business expertise.
β’ Works closely with leadership to develop strategic financial plan, and facilitates deal review meetings to evaluate the impact of new business, including anticipated revenue and gross profit.
β’ Identifies process enhancements and in financial planning and reporting to improve efficiency and data quality.
β’ Oversees regular financial forecasting and updates financial models as necessary.
β’ Leverges investment banking knowledge to analyze potential investment opportunities and risks.

Education and/ or Experience:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
β’ Minimum 5 yrs. experience in FP&A and/or Operations. Experience in Investment Banking a plus.
β’ Proficent in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
β’ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with large data sheets.
β’ Working knowledge of ERP, reporting, planning, and Power BI systems.
β’ Has advanced Excel skills; uses complex Excel functions, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to explain complex financial information.
β’ Expertise in advanced visualization tools is highly desirable.Β

Language Skills: Speaks English fluently.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and Smartsheet.
LOCATION:Β Β This is a hybrid position. 2 days per week are required in-office (Carrollton, GA). Training will all take place at our corporate office.Β
