Summary
Plans, designs, implements, and troubleshoots systems throughout department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Creates, maintains, and produces spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
Maintains the database for department in both CygNet and Enertia softwares.
Designs and produces daily reports for review by management and third parties.
Initiates SCADA sheets with the data required to create new well setups in CygNet and Enertia.
Provides IT support in the design, production and maintenance of spreadsheets and provides necessary tools to facilitate the daily operations of the department.
Coordinates with Production department to update route changes, move wells, create and delete wells and tanks.
Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting missing meter data, coordinating with Coastal Flow and internal teams to ensure data quality, resolving production accounting variances, and conducting quarterly audits to align active/inactive meter records with Coastal
Flow for accurate service cost monitoring.
Maintains spreadsheet illustrating gas flow for department use.
Supports applications, provides on-call service, and provides appropriate application documentation and workflow.
Develops and maintains a positive working relationship with staff, other departments, and management.
Studies and increases knowledge of new programs used by department.
Assists operators in daily operations.

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel (including macros, pivot tables, and advanced formulas). In addition, an individual should be familiar with Structured Query Language (SQL) for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
