Roles & Responsibilities:Β
β’ Discussion with the business stakeholders to identify scope of the project.
β’ Facilitate requirement gathering sessions
β’ Do analysis to highlight impacts, feasibility, and risk with the project.
β’ Communicate the findings to the stakeholders for buy In
β’ Provide walkthrough with each stakeholder (Business/Development/Testing) for approval.
β’ Support the project through its entire lifecycle by clarifying the observations or concerns raised by stakeholders.
Technical/Functional Skills:Β
β’ Experience as a Business Analyst
β’ Expertise in collaborating with Business users, Cross functional Groups to gather requirements
β’ Create Business and Functional requirements
β’ Experience in Creating User Stories, Use Case Diagrams and User Specifications
β’ Excellent Communication Skills A MUST β across customer, business, and Technical landscapeΒ
β’ Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
β’ Basic knowledge of SQL
β’ Experience in handling Data transfer projects
β’ Healthcare industry experience preferred
Relevant Experience:Β
β’ 4 plus years
Generic Managerial Skills:Β
β’ Very good communication and coordination skills
Education:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree
