Join our Legacy  

Reporting to the Director of IT, the successful candidate will be interpreting raw data, correcting transactions, and validating transaction changes to competition. The Data specialist will also support the help desk to solve open tickets and must demonstrate the ability to work well in a group environment. 

Your Contribution to Excellence 

• Ensure the organizational data is secure, updated, and accurate.
• Identify and support user data request and concerns.
• Perform well defined month end reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Familiar with a variety of programming languages.
• Ability to understand data relationships visually and logically between data tables.
• Knowledge of and experience with computer systems in a network environment.   
• Excellent people and communication skills.  
• Ability to walk people through problems, obtain supporting facts from users to help M.I.S. solve the problems.  
• Ability to work with other M.I.S. staff in a professional manner.
• Perform any and all other tasks and activities as requested.

What you Bring to the Table 

• Associate degree or certification; OR 2 years of related work experience
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Microsoft SQL.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to perform collaboratively as a team member.

The Setting for Your Success

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally exposed to high places.  The employee is exposed to both hot and cold temperatures related to the normal outside weather conditions, and to wet and/or humid conditions.  The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.  Also exposed to normal office environment.
