Unit Description






Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate. As New England’s largest sports and entertainment arena, TD Garden is the home of the storied NHL’s Boston Bruins and NBA’s Boston Celtics franchises and hosts over 200 events annually with over 3.5 million visitors.









Responsibilities






  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels to identify trends and insightsΒ 
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and website trafficΒ 
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, utilizing data visualizations and dashboardsΒ 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectivesΒ 
  • Generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis to refine strategies and drive informed decision-makingΒ 
  • Assist in the creation and roll-outΒ ofΒ value-added programs, platforms, initiatives, and processes to enhance and build relationship management toolsΒ 








Qualifications






  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, or a related fieldΒ 
  • Minimum of 2- 4 years of work experience in a corporate sales, marketing, or financial analyst role using data, analytics and insights in a high volume, fast paced environmentΒ 
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio, and technical expertise regarding data models, data mining, and pivot tables, spreadsheets, and visualization techniquesΒ  Β 
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platformsΒ Β 
  • StrongΒ knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral dataΒ Β 
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
