40Job Description:
Analysis, Reporting and Collaboration (85%)
1. Works effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary Marketing team to communicate, coordinate and integrate Public Relations strategic communications, and applies best-in-class practices to all efforts.
2. Prepares regular analytical reports with analysis, performance, takeaways and recommendations pertaining to campaigns, monthly performance click-through-rates, ad performance compared to others, and website traffic.
3. Creates analytics reports using Google Looker (Data) Studio.
4. Uses Google Tag Manager to create tracking elements for analytics purposes.
5. Manages Google search, display and remarketing ad budgets in excess of $10,000.
6. Recommends key ad words and monitors campaigns on daily basis, adjusting parameters on an as-needed basis, working with department director, manager and outside vendor(s).
7. Researches and analyzes demographic and psychodemographic characteristics of district as they relate to specific market(s) or service line(s).
8. Anticipates educational or business unit (enrollment, segmented market, performing arts, etc.) trends, match data with community needs and College priorities.
9. Integrates, tests, tracks and evaluates effectiveness of emerging channels/communication tools where appropriate. These may include QR codes, SMS, search, SEO, etc.
10. Collaborates with various College Departments, especially with IEPR and Enrollment Services, and begins the complex analysis of cross-referencing Marketing tactics with website traffic and ultimately, most importantly, enrollment data.
11. Consults with internal clients, assists in the clarification of measurable communication goals and/or events and leads/manages planning process and strategy execution.
12. Acts as a technical liaison between Admissions and Recruitment and various software vendors regarding tools needed to support recruitment and students including but not limited to β virtual campus tours and prospective student chat, event registration and program information sessions.
13. Works with internal staff or external vendors to define and secure/purchase databases. Maintains and/or develops subscriber, inquiry or lead databases as necessary.
14. Delivers and executes projects under tight timeframes and on budget.
15. Tracks and reports all applicable media via analytics system.
16. Advocate for accessibility across all digital channels
17. Researches and tests emerging communication and media channels.
18. Manages, mentors and trains student worker or third party vendors.

Required Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree.
Minimum of two (2) years related work experience (which can include marketing jobs while in college or university).
Attention to detail, excellent writing and editing skills and ability to identify critical information.
Ability to explain data in lay personβs terms.
Must know Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Looker (Data) Studio, Google Tag Manager, Visio, Excel and how to create tracking urls using UTM parameters.
Ability to sit continuously. Ability to interact with public (internal/external) frequently.
Ability to work effectively and constructively with persons of diverse cultures, language groups, and abilities; demonstrate sensitivity to and ability to work with the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities; establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Desired Qualifications

Experience in designing and developing web sites.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver.
Bilingual Spanish and English.
Hiring Range
$53,700 - $56,350 (Commensurate with experience and education)
