Summary

 

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual join our team as a Marketing Analyst reporting to our Director, CRM Marketing. This individual will support and help drive data-backed decision-making. This role will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to improve marketing effectiveness.

 

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of leading analytics across marketing channels, as well as excellent communication skills to present complex findings concisely with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity and actionable recommendations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Data Automation & Reporting
    • Define and maintain marketing KPIs aligned with achieving business objectives and to identify trends, measure improvements over time, and tell the ROI story
    • Develop and analyze A/B testing programs
    • Create unique test and learn programs across all areas of marketing
    • Develop additional reporting when needs change with a focus to performance goals
       
       
  • Marketing Performance Analyses:
    • Consolidate and analyze data to tell a cohesive story with impactful insights regarding clients and marketing channels
    • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable recommendations for growth and marketing optimization 
    • Own the breadth of marketing analytics and educate business users in using data, reports, and dashboards to drive best-in-class marketing performance
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing spend across different channels and campaigns, providing insights into the cost-effectiveness of different initiatives
    • Develop and implement attribution models to accurately assign credit to different marketing campaigns, channels, and touchpoints in the customer journey
    • Proactively support marketing segmentation and personalization strategies
    • Analyze digital marketing performance across various channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, etc.) and develop actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats 
    • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, contributing to the evolution of our marketing strategies

 

  • Marketing Campaign Support 
    • Provide targeted and segmented audience lists to CRM SME for use in Hubspot for email and SMS marketing
    • Provide targeted and segmented audience lists to CRM SME for use in DM campaigns
    • Provide suppression lists for any and all prospecting list purchases
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and provide data-driven recommendations for strategy refinement and execution
    • Support the marketing team to set KPIs and success metrics; ensure that proper data is collected for performance analysis
    • Analyze and report on campaign performance to inform strategic decisions, expansion efforts, and enhance future campaigns
    • Support the team in using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to enhance customer engagement and track lead generation efforts

 

 

 

 

Preferred Experience and Education

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, marketing analytics, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in data analysis with emphasis on web, google analytics and customer dynamics/ segmentation
  • 3-7 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in marketing data analysis, with focus on ROI and channel performance
  • This position requires experience with Digital analytics platforms, CRM and data visualization tools
  • Experience with statistical tools such as R or SAS, and query tools such as SQL
  • Experience in developing predictive models to forecast the impact of marketing spend
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience in advertising effectiveness analysis, marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution and ROI measurement
  • Experience supporting A/B/M testing, personalization, and programmatic teams/functions
  • Experience with Google & Meta reporting platforms including but not limited to GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc. 
  • Experience in keyword research (Moz, SEOClarity, SEMRush, Google Search Console, etc)
  • Experience in custom data tagging and structure via Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with digital conversion rate optimization and journey modeling
  • Experience with digital A/B testing (Monetate, Google Optimize, or alternatives)

Travel

 

  • Position is available to be fully remote. Candidate may work in Philadelphia office if local. Candidate might be required to travel from time to time for meetings, conferences or hospital visits
